How low were you able to negotiate a sunset trail rv from Crossroads?

Negotiations are based on the dealer you are buying from. Discounts change from dealer to dealer.

How low a dealer is willing to sell for is up to you and them. Different dealers have different prices based on several factors - location from factory - overhead- inventory. Just get the best price then check other dealers on the same camper with the same options. But if you have a trade then that is a different horse.

While shopping around for the best price is very important I feel that checking dealer reviews for a good dealer is equally important. With the lack of quality/workmanship across the rv industry it is very important to buy from a dealer that will be there for you after the purchase instead of forgetting you after they have your money. A good reliable service department is very important for warranty repairs.

My dealer said that if he tried to get warranty compliance from Crossroads, they just laughed at him. This is the quality of Crossroads service, none at all but then it matches the quality of their product.

What is the year and model of the camper you are having problems with? Maybe start a thread with what is not right and we can offer some assistance.
