We are possibly going to purchase a Cruiser Aire 28rd. Does anyone here have this or a similar model? Are most of you generally happy with your Crossroads RV?
I understand there are problems with all brands, but just want to make sure they are most owners are generally happy.

You are correct with that statement!
My advice is---(and I'm sure many others will agree)---Make sure you are buying from a reputable dealer. One that will stand behind his product.You might pay a little more, but in the long run you will be much happier. Some times the best or lowest price turns out not to be.
2014 bought new 2016 water damage rear end dealer replace air condinton seal , caulk rear window had living area slide out not move, 2019 left on camp ground all 2020 .
Just saw your post I have a 2018 28rd for sale and I live in Farmersville Tx just south of Oklahoma it is listed in rv trader with photos we are up sizing to a larger trailer this unit still has three years of extended warranty on it and has several up grades and less than a new one check it out or give me a call 9727847218
