I'm in the process of finalizing the purchase of a Crossroads Z-1 (271BH). During our initial sales process the dealer stated that the Z-1 comes with a 1 year warranty. After checking the Crossroads website it looks like all of the other models come with a 2 year warranty.
However, the website doesn't specifically state what the manufacturer warranty is on the Z-1. If I was to assume that it is 2 years does that mean the sales person was mistaken? Or does that mean the dealer will only warranty it for one year?
This is out first TT so I really want to work out this warranty issue before I sign any final paperwork.
One other question I had was with regards to the MSRP pricing. The 271BH has an MSRP of around $19,500 according to the Crossroads website. It also mentioned the convenience option on the site but doesn't mention the MSRP of that package. Any idea what more on top of the $19,500 it is for the convenience option?
By the way - the word "convenience" is misspelled on the Crossroads website as "Z-1 Conveince Package". Just a heads up

Thanks!
