Very seriously considering buying a 270BH here in NC.
Dealer has giving me his 'best' price of $00,000 as an Out-the-door price.

Has anyone bought one of these? How does this price sound?

I think the mods keep taking out your price. Maybe one of them can explain why price can't be discussed? I could see it if there was a lot of dealer bashing, but price?

Yeah, the moderator just wrote to me telling me no prices are allowed. He said it was only between dealer and buyer. I don't know why exactly, maybe he's a dealer

Simple way , do your research,price around and call nat'l rv and terry town ,both in michigan and get their price ,usually good . and go from there, But if you have a good dealer locally ,you may want to pay a bit more to have the access to expertise and timely warranty work , cause there will be warranty work. Also keeps your local dealer in business. imho

Thanks for the suggestion Harley. I agree with you, I like to keep local people in business even if the price is a bit more. Unfortunately the closest dealer for Sunset Trail is about 2 hours away. Even still, I do want to keep them in business. Just trying to make sure I'm getting a fair price. I know the markup on these things is pretty steep.

I think searching online a bit and deciding ultimately if YOU think it is a fair deal.

We saw the 32QB for 3K LESS at the show than we paid in October. Would I have liked to save the additional 3K? Well duh!

I still feel we worked out a fair deal at the time we bought ours.
