I agree with the consensus here - just wait for your unit to come in. We have a Zinger, and construction quality is just as good as the Sunset Trails (we toured both factories), but it comes down to what you really want. The Sunset's are a "higher" line of trailers with fiberglass and aluminum construction. Having season camped/towed the wood/aluminum sided unit, I don't see a major difference here- our unit has held up very well and frankly would be easier to repair should a mishap occur.
We love our Zinger, and if we upgrade will likely get another one. HOWEVER, current Crossroads offerings lead us to the Sunset Trail because of the floorplans...ultimately you need to be sure you will like what you get for years to come - not because you don't want to wait a few weeks.
Another thing - the floor plans are similar but you may regret giving up that awesome island kitchen. We favor the ST28BH for the same reason!
