My wife and I purchased one of the first 2011 Zinger 23' FBs. The quality of the unit was wonderful. The styling, very attractive, modern, and comfortable. We had a few small issues that needed attention and CrossRoads addressed every one - without a hassle. I am writing because I had a recent repair that turned out to be a major piece of work for CrossRoads. They truly went above and beyond what I would have expected from any manufacturer. To all the folks in service in Topeka, IN (including Andi Miles), please accept our sincere gratitude for everything you did to get us tip-top and back on the road.
