    Electric Jack stopped working -
Jack worked fine yesterday but after traveling only 385 miles, it simply stopped working.
Not sure if it's a dead motor or simply a fuse.
Any ideas as to why and the best solution?
    Thx.

Anyone out there having slide out issues? Our trailer is only a year old and we've had nothing but defects. Leaks, axle isses doors don't umlock, bathroom leaks, and now the slide decides it doesn't want to go back in.
    Anyone?

Hey, campers. We have a Crossroads, Sunset Trail, 30 RE and it seems that our one Slide Out is working intermittently. It goes out ok, but stops when we try to pull the Slide back in. After pushing the Slide back out and in a few times, we get it to work.

    Anyone have similar issues?

    Hey campers,

Has anyone had any thermostat issues? We have a 30RE Sunset trail and the thermostat seems to be haunted. I want to set it at 68 degrees F -so the AC keep the RV at the temp. I have it set to that temp, along with setting the fan on Auto, but the unit comes on for a few minutes and then simply decided to go off. Am I doing something wrong, or is it haunted? Hello to all rv'ers. Hope the summer is treating you well.
We are preparing for another trip in our 30RE - Sunset Trail. We live on a hill and wanted some feedback on how damaging it would be for us to plug-in over night to get the refrig cold. I know it's recommended to ensure the RV is level, but the the last time we took our RV out to Lake Powell, it took about 6 hours to get the refrig cold.
    Thoughts and thanks.

    Greetings fellow RV'ers.
My wife and I retired to Prescott, AZ and are planning to do a lot more traveling this season with our Sunset Trail, RE30.

After moving it from Colorado we noticed that the right rear tire was wearing and cupping. No other visible issues with the other three tires. The technician we took it to while de-winterizing, said it could be an axle problem.

Has anyone had this type of problem?

Thanks for your advice and safe travels.
