We have a 2013 Sunset Reserve and like the others we have had a few issues but Crossroads resolved them for us. We also receive a ton of compliments and I would not hesitate to buy another.

I also check the top of the slide before retracting it back in. Use a ladder with a 12' extension handle on a push broom to remove any water or debris. Work it from both ends of the slide if needed....
