Slide issues

We had so many issues with our Lippert slide out and stabilizers. Our 2012 Sunset Reserve had issues from day 1. Our slide was rebuilt 2 times and it still came in uneven and ripped up our flooring....

Redone and looking good

The front cap has been redone and we are pleased with the results. Thank you to Lynn Duggins at Customer Service for getting it approved. And thank you to Fairway Ford RV Services for the great work....

Front Cap Fading Badly

We have been having a dealer issue and they at best have been non-responsive and/or unhelpful. Is it best to contact Crossroads about the front cap issue at their Customer Service email address?
