Pull down shade repair?

Hi all! Where can I get repair kit for the strings on the pull down shades, they've frayed and won't work now!

How the heck do I get the screens out to clean them?

Help! Just went through a dust storm in Yuma and I'm trying to remove the kitchen window and smaller screens to clean them. They have no springs so how do they get removed?...

Does anyone know why a ladder is not offered for the Sunset trails? Just curious-we are purchasing one and I thought it strange-or does Crossroads not want you on the roof? I've heard of the leak...

Tundra and trailer

Thanks everyone so much for all the input-the tundra has a towing capacity of 10,100 lbs I believe and the hitch weight is 1200 I believe.
We have towed a tremendous amount in the past with our F350...
