Vent roof

Thanks for the suggestions. What you said makes sense. I know some toy haulers have a half bath in the toy hauler, but we do not. We do have a washer/dryer. Would this vent still be on the roof?...

We have a 2014 Crossroads Elavation toy hauler. While on the roof I noticed a cover missing from a small round thing. Location: center of the roof, right over the storage area above the sliding glass...
