And it didn't matter to them whether you bolted the extra jacks on, or welded them?

Just a thought----When you talked with Lippert did you by any chance "clarify" with them that you were talking about adding the "extra" jacks, and not just talking about the jacks that come on each...

Better yet, I would call Lippert. They are the one's who manufactured the frame, and the one's with the warranty on the frame.
