I agree with leveling side to side first. But I usually drop the tongue down first and put blocks under the frame at the rear. Then raise the tongue and prop that up with blocks as well.

I have concrete blocks to use to stabilize the trailer. Are the screw stands a better option? I do plan on using treated wood under the tires for sure to help level side to side.
