I don't know who the welder was, but I wouldn't...

I don't know who the welder was, but I wouldn't let him build a sand box. Welds are very poor, didn't grind the paint or rust off prior to welding and some of the joints look as if they were cut out...

My 30SK doesn't move anywhere near that much!! That looks to be an inch or more. I would have it checked if it were mine.
