Thanks to all that replied,,,,what a relief to know my almost 8mpg is in the ball park ! (am i ok) next upgrade will be the tow vehicle I guess,,,diesel is the way to go from what I gather,,,thanks...

2002 chevy 2500hd 6.0 engine gas...4.10 rears Towing... almost a whopping 8 miles to the gallon ! about 11 just around town,,,,,,,is this normal? tune up and maintenance all up to date too !
