Well, temp is still pretty hot - 157°. Could be a defective thermostat cause my other one let the temp get to 165°. So ordered another one to see if it gets lower. If this doesn't work gonna try...

New Atwood Thermostat

Just purchased a new Atwood Thermostat #91470. Suppose to be lower temp than original. Will let you know how it works once we get it installed.
