Truck has towing package and spec says 10,200...

Truck has towing package and spec says 10,200 lbs. Just worried that the 30ES, at the dealer is listed at 8,700 lbs, only leaves me with 1,500 lbs of cargo. I haven't weighed the TT that I have now...

I am looking at getting either a Cruiser 30ES (8476 Lbs) or a 30RE (7969 Lbs)and would be towing it with a 2003 Silverado 2500HD 4WD Gas with 4:10 rear end. Mostly short trips but could take it...
