Looks like a bent axle/ bent spring perch? Thanks for the picture! Will be checking mine. I did find 75% of the U bolt nuts not torqued to specs.

Tire wear indicates alignment issues or bad axle. The dexter manual indicated loss of camber or overloading.

Should be covered under warranty. Call your RV dealer or Lippert Service & Warranty to...
