It looks like the Hitch is cheaper on Amazon at least after I calculated shipping to my zip it added 86 dollars to the price. On Amazon it was 264 free shipping.

I wouldn't tow it off your bumper I have read stories about RV bumpers falling off with just a bike rack on it. I would do something off the frame.
