I want the sound from DVD to come through the TV...

I want the sound from DVD to come through the TV for two reasons.
1) I don't need the kids and to be kept up by the speakers in the ceiling blaring my movie.
and
2) Thats the way it should work....

My Jensen model does not even have an option for an audio out to feed the TV.
Crossroads admits this but wants me to pay for the unit with audio output.

I think we need to make a group effort to contact Crossroads to get this problem resolved.
I just returned from a 14 day trip and it kinda sucked to not be able to hear the DVD through the tv...

Crossroads just offered to SELL me a new Jensen unit to replace the unit that does not function properly.
Heck, I can order one from amazon if thats the case.
Kinda disappointed at this outcome....
