Looked in our entry closet and there is a rod for hanging stuff on a hangar, but we use it to keep the DW's step stool (she is vertically challenged), big umbrella's, a big soup pot for corn, picnic...

I see the reason for the corner closet not having anything. It is for the washer and dryer.




And I agree with Stan for the other not having a rod or shelves. JMHO
