Mark , I think you are right ,probably thin sheet...

Mark , I think you are right ,probably thin sheet fiberglass or like. usually ripples show up along the joint at the stone guard area.

Before the Sunset Trail Super Lite it was called...

Before the Sunset Trail Super Lite it was called Slingshot and the ones I saw in 2012 all had the wavey front where the rock guard met the front.
