I read that my problem with that is that they filled the tires sat them out side for a year and took the PSI once more. The problem I have is that they sat there unloaded (no weight) and were not on...

Yes I did watch them and the tire was evacuated...

Yes I did watch them and the tire was evacuated all the air or a great portion was removed and the nitrogen was pumped in, they did this three time on one tire
