What I found that a lot of tires are manufactured by LionsHead Specialty Tire & Wheel, LLC. They list an office in Indiana but are manufactured in China. What concerned me was after more searching...

Didn't say it was legal or "in writing". Just saying everything has a "fudge factor" built in. And being over 450lbs won't break anything.
