Connect the regulator at the water intake on your camper. NOT on the water bib. I leave mine connected all the time. (my city water connector is in my storage area. (for now))

OK got it. I do use a second water pressure adapter for the black tank wash. My choice.

There is an anti siphon valve in where the hose connects. It's possible it is not working or some type of debris is stuck in it.
