The spring & strap from camping world or Rv parts store. Our old Rv park wasbelow a large bluff. Hardly any wind. But still wanted to be safe.

We also have electric awning on our Jefferson. We just bring them in at night. Too spendy to replace if the wind comes up overnight. Which it has happen here. I have use cement blocks to anchor them...

We have used them on a different 5th. They cut about 25% of the heat. Did help with the A/C inside also. Cutting the heat when opening the door. We had all three sides covered.
