I have a Montana now and I preferred the Alpha ply roof on my Sunset trail. The 2016 Montanas are now coming with Alpha roofs as well. I bought to early ;)

The roof needs to be inspected for cracks in the sealant at least twice a year and resealed as necessary. Brand new units at the dealership can develop leaks just from sitting.
