Call Crossroads customer service with the VIN. They will tell you the same thing. If it's a Sunset Trail or Grand Reserve, you cannot add a ladder. You'd void your warranty and for good reason. ...

Great question, but unfortunately the answer is no.

There are several threads on this forum over the past few years and I actually called Crossroads when we bought our first Sunset Trail.
