I drove my trailer out to Crossroads for warranty...

I drove my trailer out to Crossroads for warranty work. They ended up replacing the pan and corners on the inside bottom of the slide where the water is intended to collect and drain out the unit.

I still struggle with the idea that I need to buy another product (topper) when the slide is not sealing as it should from the factory. Am I missing something here? Isn't the seal intended...
