Did they give you a timeline for repairs? I have a few things that need to be fixed but want a in/out date. Is that realistic?

Thanks!!! Both valves are turned to run with the hose "open" I think. Probably let it warm up a bit first.

Do I have the valves turned the right way??? Not sure and do not want to try to heat the water if I do not. I do not have the water connected at the moment. It is 25 and the wind is howling:eek:
