I assume that I will on need on of the hots off of the plug not both because I am not trying to run 240. What gauge wire would you use to make a pig tail from the twist lock to the rv plug?

Ok I have a easy question for someone to answer....

Ok I have a easy question for someone to answer. Which plug on the generator do I need to plug the rv into? The 120 volt 20 amp regular plug or the 120/240 30 amp twist lock plug.
