Mine hang down a bit. On the dining slide I put a piece of PVC in the metal tubing that sits near the hose/cable area on the frame. Now (if I remember) I just push the whole mess on top of the PVC...

Hmm. Do you have the plastic channel guides that the wires/hoses attach to? Those seem flimsy to me (already had one crack).

Does everyone else have hoses that hang down when the slides are closed? I just wonder if the road grime, etc willcause these to wear faster. I don't notice this on other brands of 5ersthat must do...
