We have the new cable system and that seems to require a drill and a driver (included) just found this on an earlier thread (March 2014). Apparently CR is using the cable system on their 2015...

slideout problem

We took our new Sunset Trail Reserve ST28bh out earlier this week and when we got ready to bring the kitchen slide in it only moved about 4" and quit, we looked everywhere for the manual mechanism...
