Roof bubbles

I don't think I buy the "it's for expansion" story, if it were they would be strategically placed, not 1 inch from the edge.....it seems more like insufficient glue or delamination, at a minimum.

How serious are bubbles in the roof material?

My just delivered '15 Hill Country has one bubble-looking area on the roof, about 4 inches long and 1.5 inches wide running along the rear roof edge, about 1 inch from the edge.

I am taking it in...
