If i understood correctly the OP wanted to use the toilet without putting water in the rest of the trailer. The toilet and all the waterlines will be pressurized by the water pump or the city water...

Thank you for the model number. It looks like the city water hook up is located in the rear by the water heater. Hope this helps.

There is only 1 water system in the camper just like in your house. It is fed by the fresh water tank thru the water pump to pressurize it or the "city water connection" that uses the line pressure...
