I've got the flush floor as well, and like yours mine is not 11'6" as I was expecting (to fit in my garage) it is 12'6" surprise. But anyway, the handrail appears to be factory but I don't know...it...

2011 30SKP --We would like to add a door/curtain at the base of the steps going to the bathroom/bedroom area. I have really studied this, but the only solution that I can see is a pleated slide...
