As a follow up: Dealer diagnosed the problem as one of the 3 pads being faulty. They removed the faulty pad, and all is functional again (unverified by me so far).

Replacement pad on order.

Just picked up my new Carriage 2016 38SB, and not to disappoint me in dealer prep work, the android tablet does not recognize any monitors, even when the tablet is docked.

Hoping to fix it...
