Well as a result. If crossroads shoddy workmanship on sealing theses units the floor in my bedroom tipout is rotten along with delimitation on the ramp door. Very disappointed In there craftsmanship...

OK thanks guys I was going to try and find a window and door urethane sealant flexible and lasts but I am just customer as to the crap they used from the manufacturer and why separation after 3 yrs ....

I own 2015 elevation Richmound nice rv but all kinds of silly things but the biggest problem is the sealant they used it's looks some kind of acrylic caulking that is separating from the rv walls...
