What about the 12 point promise to take care of issues quickly for the customer. Haven't heard Tom Montague comment on this for quitye awhile.

The easiest fix would probably be to keep the slideout side of the trailer maybe a half inch lower than the other side to see if it would drain. Shouldn't hurt anything.
