PSG; It sounds like your setup is very similar to mine. The fireplace outlet on mine does not have power unless the 3 position rocker switch is flipped to fireplace mode.

Is this TT new to you or have you owned it for a while? On my TT (30 amp service) there is a three position rocker switch, positions are; 1) water heater 2) off 3) fireplace. I can not run water...
