Well, as promised update on replacing the uncomfortable and useless to us Jack knife sofa.

Corner seal
I used a Dicor product. Very similar to eternabond but is meant to be installed under the corners. remove the corners, clean off all old caulk, press on adhesive backed (very sticky like eternabond)...
