Water pooling on roof

I have a 2013 3612 elevation. have a problem with water pooling on the roof behind the ac unit in living room about 2 feet back. it appears the roof has dropped on the driver side making it lower and the water won't run off. it doesn't leak inside and doesn't appear to be sagging on the inside of camper. also I installed a second ac in bedroom last year and when I got on top this year to clean and treat the rubber roof noticed the same sag has appeared where the new ac was installed. not knowing how the roof is constructed, worried that structural damage has occurred in those areas causing the sagging and future problems.
