We have a 2014 Crossroads Washington. One of the slides got out of sync and after numerous calls to Lippert and Crossroads, we were able to locate where the control boxes are. They are located in the basement behind the smaller panel. We followed the instructions on the controller, and was able to re-synch the slides very easy. Just thought it would be helpful.
This may be a foolish question bur here goes. I have a '12 Rushmore 35RL and I know where this controller is but I don't really understand the reasoning. It seems to me the slides move out more on a least resistance pattern. Could someone please explain this to me.
If your talking electric slides, not hydraulic. After you've went through the sync procedure (if necessary), every time you extend/retract them fully continue to hold the button for 5 seconds after they've stopped moving, this helps keep the slides synced.
