Mark's the Man!!!

Please send prayers and lots of positive thoughts Mark & Susan Steber's way as Mark heals and gains strength after back surgeries. Susan said the surgeries went well. Now the real work begins. How's that song go???? "Put your back into it" Mark! Hope you're getting better and better every day. And be sure to thank your nurse...

Morning everyone....so...with the present state of the world within the US....I guess the Carlisle camp out is a wait and see situation before deciding to cancel or postpone?....looking forward to having the rally and this would definitely be a first if we have to cancel.....I will work on fall rally once we get home from FL....

FYI Just talked to Debbie. She has not heard of any cancellation from the campground. Of course this is an evolving situation. Should anything change, we will post ASAP.
To all our fellow campers, stay safe and healthy. Best of luck to all.

Hopefully all goes well that we still have the rally. Jeannie and I will still be camping there. All be safe and hope this virus passes soon.

Camping In Place

I hope you are healthy and safe, and enjoying these quieter times. Really missing our time with Lily and her mom and dad. Thank goodness we can FaceTime. There's always a house project we can tackle, and we're definitely eating better food at home than we were consuming eating out many times during a normal week. Mark suggested we sleep in our new travel trailer a few weeks ago, and I may need to take him up on it tonight. Not fun seeing the new beauty sitting there in the yard just waiting for our first trip out.

Spring Rally Cancelled

Hello Northeast Adventurer Friends!
It’s with a heavy heart that I found it necessary to cancel the spring rally at Western Village today. Given the current circumstances and the expected spread of the virus over the next few weeks, we just cannot take the risk. Each of us would be a potential carrier of the virus coming from and going back to our various locations.
I cancelled my reservation today and my deposit was returned to me minus a $10 processing fee. If you choose to cancel your reservation, please do so by April 15 so that you don’t miss the deadline for the return of your deposit. You can reach Western Village at 717-243-1179.
Mark Steber and I have lamented about this for weeks. We were so looking forward to seeing everyone again. I hope you’ll check into the forum from time to time to let everyone know how you’re doing, and maybe tell us something to lift our spirits and keep us smiling.
Stay healthy and safe!

Sorry to hear the rally has been cancelled... I was looking forward to the rally as I do every year... Hopefully we will beat this virus in short order...

Also a I would like to say thank you to Deb and Mark for their efforts to put on this rally... I guess we will have to wait until next year to have the first rally under the new name of "Northeast Adventurers RV Rally"... So I hope to see everyone in October at the Mason/Dixon Bunch Rally... I hope we all have the best summer possible and stay safe and healthy...

2021
Northeast Adventurers

RV Rally

Debbie and I are working on the Northeast Adventurers Rv Rally for 2021.

The Rally will again be the first weekend in May. (April 30, May 1, 2,)

You may call and reserve the same sites you had for this years rally.

We're hoping by then this virus will be over and life can return to some sort of normalcy.

Hope all are doing well and staying healthy.

I assume that the location will be the same as the planned 2020 rally. Will they take reservations more than a year in advance?
