So with that being said do you want me to put your above menu on the lead post.

PS...no blow outs is a good thing....were the shock mounts hitting you tires...
Yes - enter my menu as-is, but I reserve the right to change it as I do more research, although Jambalaya is one of my favorite dished to make.

I could never tell if the shock mounts were rubbing. The tires were too destroyed to be able to tell.

We'll be bringing dip, crackers and wine for Fri. nite
For supper, making peanut butter pies, maybe cookies if I get time.
Not sure about breakfast yet.

Is there a theme for this year?

You mean Cajun food for the theme? I've never had any kind of Cajun food...lol.
I know last year you had the food in one post with who was bringing what. Not sure where that one is if there is one.

Yes - Cajun food for a theme. YUM! Check the very first post on page one for the list. Our resident accordion player said last fall that he would try to do some Zydeco music to go along with the theme. I am making smoked sausage for breakfast, shrimp boil for the wine & cheese, and Jambalaya for dinner. Gonna be some GOOD eatin'!

Tim, I mapped it out. Take I 74 to I 81 and you'll be there in 11 hours 46 minutes.
See you at our rally.

Mark, I would love to come and thanks for mapping it out. I do like me some Cajun food. I can't commit at this time. I would like to meet everyone face to face.

Well, we always have the Mason Dixon rally in October. That one's in Virginia and basically the same great bunch of people.

Don't worry Tim, Mark is making a delivery run to me, so he will be able to stop at your place on the way.

You do NOT have to make Cajun food...Make what ever you like, or something that you make well, or is easy for you to make...I am sure that what ever you bring to the pot-luck dinner will get eaten....Rosie is making Italian meatballs and sweet sausage, for example...

Stan
I will add the chicken & sausage gumbo...

PS...If anyone would like to dress CAJUN for the dinner you are welcome to do so...
