If they build the RV they need to be responsible for every part. When I have issues I contact CrossRoads RV and then the dealer. The dealer didn't build the unit, CrossRoads did.

In my case ever...

For those with the 2/5 year warranty - have you been taking the rig in for the "annual inspection" - last page in the owners manual - this is needed to maintain the 5 year structural warranty.

Find the model you like and then purchase "locally". (within an hours drive if possible). If there is warranty work needed you don't have a long distance to travel. Every RV I have owned required...
