Since the OP posted about a month or so before Christian came on, I'm not sure it was ever addressed. Maybe now with new posts added on it will be, along with the others who have problems.

Kilaby1. Were the issues fixed under the original warranty?? or did you have to use the extended warranty? Did you have any out of pocket expenses? Seems to me, it should not have cost you a penny.
