Even if the slides were in, a heavy snow load...

Even if the slides were in, a heavy snow load with insufficient blocking under the frame could flex it enough to cause the fiberglas to crack.

If there are structural problems with the frame, then the problem is not cosmetic and certainly not from a lack of maintenance, therefore it should still be covered by the 5 year structural warranty....
