Just wandering if you have the manual for the antenna. You say its a 2019 so you should have that manual. See what it says then let us know.

The reason i asked about the year is you should have the manual for the antenna since it is new. What does it say. Also i tried to find a face plate that looked like what you have on the Wingard site...
