I feel your pain.I have a CF335SS Patriot edition which has continuing problems.

Hang in there because you may get some assistance. I have been contacted by CrossRoads and it seems I will finally get some assistance with my problems. It took awhile, but it appears there will be a positive conclusion. I now believe CrossRoads is serious about improving customer service.
